Any client cancellations made after 48 hours before your appointment, or any no shows, will be required to pay a £10 cancellation fee before they are allowed to rebook.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment until you are well as this will protect our health and allow us to continue giving out services.

If you turn up unwell to your appointment, you may be asked to wear a face mask or potentially be asked to reschedule for another day.

• Avoid high collars, turtlenecks, or tight clothing that may rub the skin after your treatment.

It’s also best to remove makeup and jewellery before your appointment and come with clean, product-free skin to ensure the best results and hygiene.

Our treatments use very fine, medical-grade needles, and we take every step to make the experience as gentle and relaxing as possible. A topical numbing cream can be applied before your treatment to minimise any discomfort, and your practitioner will talk you through each step at your own pace.
