If you turn up unwell to your appointment, you may be asked to wear a face mask or potentially be asked to reschedule for another day.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, especially around the area being treated. For example:

• If you’re having a facial or neck treatment, wear a top with an open neckline or one that can easily be lowered.
 • For body treatments, opt for loose sleeves or straps so the area can be accessed easily.
 • Avoid high collars, turtlenecks, or tight clothing that may rub the skin after your treatment.

It’s also best to remove makeup and jewellery before your appointment and come with clean, product-free skin to ensure the best results and hygiene.

I’m needle phobic — is that okay?

Absolutely! Many clients feel a little anxious about needles, and that’s completely normal. Your comfort is always our priority.

Our treatments use very fine, medical-grade needles, and we take every step to make the experience as gentle and relaxing as possible. A topical numbing cream can be applied before your treatment to minimise any discomfort, and your practitioner will talk you through each step at your own pace.
