Any client cancellations made after 48 hours before your appointment, or any no shows, will be required to pay a £10 cancellation fee before they are allowed to rebook.

It’s also best to remove makeup and jewellery before your appointment and come with clean, product-free skin to ensure the best results and hygiene.

Our treatments use very fine, medical-grade needles, and we take every step to make the experience as gentle and relaxing as possible. A topical numbing cream can be applied before your treatment to minimise any discomfort, and your practitioner will talk you through each step at your own pace.
